Carol Fiorentino conducts workshops and becomes the sponsor of AFESU Moinho

Confectioner Chef and judge in the program Bake Off Brasil, Carol taught confectionery to students from the Technical Cooking Course

Carol Fiorentino, Confectioner Chef and host at the program Bake Off Brasil, taught confectionery to students from the Technical Cooking Course at AFESU Moinho. The two-week course included the modalities macaron, modeling of American pasta, cake topping, chocolate and naked cake.

Besides counting on the sponsorship of Callebaut in the chocolate class, Carol also received Marli da Silva to the workshop of American pasta, who helped the youngsters to sophisticate their creations. Marli, who is specialized in modeling American pasta, has over 30 years of experience, having worked with the Argentinean Confectioner Chef Marcela Sanchez and with Chef Carole Crema. At the end of the course, the students honored Carol, who was officially named the sponsor of AFESU Moinho.
